What Is This Session For?

The free introductory session is a brief opportunity to get acquainted and share, in general terms, the concerns for which you are seeking psychological support. Before booking an online psychological counseling session, you can request a free introductory session with Anita Sedighi, a trauma-informed clinical psychologist. This session can help you begin your journey toward healing and psychological well-being with greater clarity and confidence.

How Is the Session Conducted?

The session lasts approximately 30 minutes and is held online. After you submit your request and it is initially reviewed, you will receive a link to choose an available appointment time if the services are considered suitable for your needs. The session is held with Anita Sedighi, a Persian-speaking, trauma-informed psychologist.

Who Can Request a Session?

Adults, parents, couples, and families can request an introductory session, as well as individuals who have questions about services for children and adolescents, professional supervision, or group programs. During this 30-minute session, you will have the opportunity to meet the psychologist, learn more about how the sessions work, briefly discuss your needs, and receive relevant information before deciding on the next step.
